Rebuilders Automotive Supply (RAS) is a privately held, family owned, environmentally friendly and service-conscious company serving the automotive aftermarket industry for over 48 years. The RAS team supports three strategic business units: Cores, Catalytic Converters (CAT) and Recall with locations in Coventry, RI and Tampa, Fl. We proudly boast being “green since 1972”.

RAS is an aggregator of used auto parts, the Cores division sells those parts to remanufacturers and rebuilders. The Sales Support Administrator plays an integral role in monitoring the sales order process for the Cores division by engaging with product line managers, customers, and internal teams. In addition, you will be responsible for using and maintaining sales and item master data to support the Division director and the day-to-day activities of the Product Line Managers.

  • Administer sales “quote to invoice” process in order management system (Quantum) by verifying and entering customer quote and PO information, corresponding with customers, and monitoring orders through warehouse for shipping and final invoice.
  • Partner with internal product line managers, operations, and finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Own the integrity of the “quote to invoice” process by actively identifying data integrity issues, reporting variances, and resolving with key stakeholders.
  • Administer PO price adjustment process in collaboration with PLM’s and Finance.
  • Collaborate with team in support of system development, process improvement and internal controls.
  • Act as the business SME on Core item master data requirements; to include coordinating the identification and resolution of master data issues for new and existing items through research and collaboration with PLM’s, operations, and IT.
  • Facilitate monthly sales forecast process in collaboration with PLMs and Division Director.
  • Develop a cadence with the PLM team to review standard reports by customer and product line providing summaries to division Director.
  • Actively participate in special core projects as assigned by Director
Requirements:

In addition to the requirements below successful candidates will be systems savvy and have a keen eye for details and ensuring accuracy of data.

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, data analysis or related
  • Prior experience in a related administrator role (sales, data, order processing) specifically with complex business processes and high volume of transactions
  • Strong system skills required including proficiency in Excel, Database systems, and BI reporting tools (i.e., Tableau, Cognos)
  • Attention to detail and focus on data integrity
  • Collaborative, team player – ability to respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Adaptable and flexible to learn and support various ad-hoc projects and requests
